摘要


本研究在探索氧化鋁-尖晶石耐火混凝土的物理性質,此混凝土含20wt%富鋁鎂鋁尖晶石,1.7wt%CaO,添加0-1.3wt%SiO_2微粉。實驗顯示添加0.1wt%SiO_2微粉,有利提升高溫折斷強度,但添加量超過0.1wt%,則非常有害。實驗觀察到在1500℃保持3小時的混凝土,添加0.3wt%SiO_2微粉呈現孔隙率極大值,此極大值是由於CA_6晶體長大造成的。SiO_2微粉添加量大過0.3wt%。則孔隙率隨添加量的增加而減少,主要是液態燒結造成的。

The plysical properties of castables containing 20wt% Al_2O_3-rich MgO-Al_2O_3 spinel and 1.7wt% CaO with microsilica addition of up to 13.wt% were investigated. 0.1wt% microsilica addition is beneficial to enhancing Hot Modulus of Rupture (HMOR) of castables while microsilica addition > 0.1wt% is extremely harmful. The observed maximum porosity of castables fired at 1500°C for 3h with 0.3wt% microsilica addition is mostly attributed to CA_6 growth. The decrease in porosity with > 0.3wt% microsilica addition is mainly attributed to liquid-phase sintering.
