國內再生能源資料庫建置技術之探討

摘要

「再生能源」是自然界中一種可以循環滋生的自產能源，取之不盡。從永續發展的角度來看，再生能源將是人類未來所倚賴的輔助能源。本研究即藉由為期三年的「再生能源法規制度研究及資料庫建置計畫」，透過對國外再生能源資料庫建置技術的分析研究與資料庫技術之探討，積極整合現有再生能源調査資源及相關最佳技術資訊，以地理資訊系統技術建立再生能源資源與技術之完整資料庫，俾利制定再生能源相關政策及規劃研發方向，並提供開發單位投資計畫之規劃參考。

The renewable energy is such an energy that can be circulated to produce new energy in the nature. From the viewpoint of everlabting development, the renewable energy will be the secondary energy which the humanity may rely on in the future. This research is affiliated with the project of ＂the renewable energy laws and regulations system research and the database construction＂ for three years. Through conforming the existing investigation resourses for renewable energy and correlation best technology information, a full database of renewable energy resources and technology was established by aid of the geography in formation system (GIS) This database can be utilized to formulate correlated regeneration energy policy, to guide research and development directions and to provide reference for investment planning.
