結合蒸汽循環激勵法與蒸汽沖排法開採油砂礦區之模擬研究

Numerical Modeling of Combination of Cyclic-steam Stimulation and Steamflood Oil Recovery from Primrose Field

摘要


本研究的目的是利用蒸汽循環激勵法(CSS)與混合採收法(CSS & Steamflood)模擬Primrose油田的重油生產量與採收率。本研究依據文獻所蒐集的地質資料、流體特性與地層參數而建立數值模式,經由電腦模擬可得以下結論:(1)若以蒸汽循環激勵法開採時(蒸汽注入井的注入率為800B/D、生產井以300B/D生產),經過蒸汽循環激勵生產10次後,可得最大淨現值約為553萬美元,重油採收率約為51.5%;(2)若以混合採收法開採時(注入井以1600B/D注入蒸汽,生產井以800B/D生產),先經過5個蒸汽循環後,再轉為蒸汽沖排約1386天,可得最大淨現值約為645萬美元,整個混合採收過程,重油採收率為51%;(3)重油起始黏度的高低有關開採方式的選擇,本研究以混合採收法開採為最佳,經由簡單的經濟分析可得最大淨現值約為645萬美元,重油採收率為51%。

The purpose of this study is to design optimal production and operational schemes to recover the heavy oil from Primrose Field using the cyclic-steam stimulation (CSS) and CSS & steamflood. The numerical model is built based on geological data, fluid properties, and reservoir parameters of Primrose field. Results of the numerical simulation study show that: (1) for the optimal operation conditions, the production rate is 300 B/D and the maximum steam injection rate is 800 B/D for the CSS. The maximum net present value is US$ 5.53 millions and ultimate recovery factor is 51.5% after 10 cycles; (2) for the optimal operation conditions of CSS & Steamflood, the production rate is 800 B/D and the maximum steam injection rate is 1,600 B/D. The maximum net present value is 6.45 millions and ultimate recovery factor is 51%; (3) CSS & Steamflood operation is better than CSS operation in this study.
