合金鋼熔煉過程中巨觀介在物的形成與控制

摘要


此篇論文是探討合金鋼在熔煉與鑄錠產出的過程中,巨觀介在物的主要來源與形成機制,並進一步探討其控制與消除方法。本次研究選定AISI 630不銹鋼、AISI H13工具鋼、DIN 1.4104不銹鋼作為實驗材料,藉由微觀組織觀察及成份鑑定,統計出巨觀介在物主要來源澆道磚、鑄造粉、二次氧化、及介在物的附聚。消除或避免巨觀介在物的方法也將在本文中討論。

This paper reports the formation and control of the four major macro-inclusions in alloy steel during steel ingot production. We selected AISI stainless steel, AISI H13 tool steel, DIN 1.4104 stainless steel samples for our laboratory tests. From micro-structure observation and composition analysis, we concluded that the primary sources of the macro-inclusions are runner refractories, mould powder, reoxidation, and inclusion agglomeration. Methods for eliminating and avoiding the macro-inclusions are also presented.
