線材表面缺陷的探討

摘要

剝片、重面、線縫、軋輥印痕是線材常見的表面缺陷，本文主要在探討線材表面各種缺陷形成的原因，進而的得到一些原則，可做為現場解決問題的利器。這些原則包括︰重面是剝片的前身、粗軋區軋延造成的缺陷呈不連續態，而精軋區軋延造成的缺陷則呈連續狀態、重面缺陷一旦形成，很難由後續的軋延加以消除。

Sliver, lap, seam and roll mark are frequently found on long rolling products. This article discusses the formation of the surface defects and some useful criteria for solving the surface defect problems. We found that: (1) lap is the precursor of sliver, (2) defect occurred at rough rolling stands is discrete, and (3) defect occurred at finish rolling stands is continuous. Lap cannot be minimized through succeeding pass rolling.
