逆變凝結油氣田降壓增產分析研究

The Study of Improving Gas Recovery by Lowing Wellhead Pressure for a Retrograde Condensate Gas Reservoir

摘要


台灣中部的YHS氣田為一個逆變凝結油氣田,自1975年開始正式生產,至今已生產逾三十年,目前多數生產井已廢井或因井口流壓接近管線壓力而停產,2007年僅剩1口YHS-7號井尚在生產,因此本研究之主要目的是以YHS氣田為一先導性目標氣田,進行氣田降壓增產研究,研究結果若具可行性且未來實際施行狀況良好時,將再規劃其它氣田,擴大降壓增產氣井之應用範圍,以增加國內整體油氣之採收率。本研究利用現場噴流試驗、單井產能(節點)分析、氣井液體聚積評估及物質平衡法評估之結果,進行YHS氣田降壓增產成分模式之油氣層模擬計算工作,評估整個氣田最佳之降壓增產及增產量,最後並比較各方案之經濟效益。由降壓增產模擬預測結果顯示,YHS氣田極具降壓增產潛能,考量現場執行可行性及投資報酬率與增產量,最佳降壓增產的結果為:可增產約1.5億立方公尺天然氣,增加採收率11%,增產量總價值約新台幣15億元(以10元/M3估算),投資報酬率206%。此外所採購之昇壓機已於2008年1月在YHS-6號井進行降壓增產中,至2008年底估計增產價值約新台幣4500萬元,扣除相關成本後增產效益已達新台幣2400萬元。

YHS TaLu sand in Chin-Ching gas field in middle Taiwan is a retrograde condensate gas reservoir. The reservior has been developed since 1975. Most producing from the reservoir wells were abandoned or shut-in because the wellhead flowing pressure already declined to pipeline pressure. Only YHS-7 weel is still producing. The purpose of this study is to design an optimized production plan to improve gas recovery of YHS TaLu sand by lowering wellhead pressure. When YHS improving recovery plan operates properly, it will be extended to the other gas reservoirs to increase total gas recovery in Chin-Ching field.To study the improving reconery of the reservoir, a simelation study was conducted from a model based on flowing test result, nodal analysis, liquid load up analysis and material balance evaluation. Compositional reservoir simulator was used to evaluate different production scenarios and estimate the improved reserve recovery when lowering wellhead flowing pressure. Finally, the economical profits of these production scenarios were compared. Economic analysis results showed that IRR was about 206% for additional 150 MMSCM recovery if weelhead flowing pressure was lowered to 50 psig. The net profit of YHS-6 improving production was about 24 million NT dollars.
