利用三維遙測資料分析道路周邊之二氧化碳平衡-以台84線為例

Using 3D Remote Sensing Data to Analyze the CO2 Balance in Vicinity of Road-Case Study of Highway No.84 at Taiwan

摘要


本文主要為探討機動車在運輸活動時所排放之CO2是否足以被區域內植被所吸存,藉由植被具有吸存與固定CO2之功能,分析研究區域內CO2排放與吸存之情形。在估算機動車CO2排放部份,利用不同的道路服務水準推估出每小時小客車當量,並經由交通部統計資料獲得不同車種,以不同的車速、行駛里程、燃料、排放係(gCO2/L)等估算出各服務水準每小時所排放之CO2最大值進行分析;而在植被CO2吸存量部分,本研究藉由植被淨第一生產模型估算,首先以二維FORMOSAT-2衛星影像之光譜特性,利用常態化植生指標(NDVI)分割出植生與非植生區塊,再結合空載光達取得三維樹冠層高度模型萃取出不同植生物種,估算出區域內植被CO2之吸存量。結果顯示:範圍內樹植生涵蓋面積為34.8%,草植生物種涵蓋面積為47.0%,總植生吸存量當月約419~791(公噸CO2/月);而機動車月排放量則為328.74(公噸CO2/月)。此說明該路段CO2排放足以被道路兩側之植被所吸存,其中機動車CO2排放的相關係數皆以IPCC準則配合國內交通部所提供之推估公式取得,並用不同車速進估算各種汽油使用,推估道路CO2排放,應較能為符合台灣機動車CO2排放之特性,以供日後研究之參考。

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the CO2 emissions from motor vehicles on the road could be absorbed by a regional plantation along a highway. We used different road levels to select our CO2 emission from motor vehicles. The maximum emissions of CO2 per hour for each road level were estimated from a statistical data bank using various vehicle types, velocities, mileages, fossil fuels and emission coefficients. We also calculated the CO2 absorption capacity of the plantation along the highway using FORMONSAT-2 image spectrum data and 3D remote laser forest stand data. Results show that the tree plantation occupies 34.8% of the entire study region and the meadow plantation occupies 47.0%, respectively. The carbon dioxide absorption capacity by the plantation along the highway is around 419-791 metric tons per month that is much higher than 328.74 metric tons per month from vehicle emissions. The coefficient of releasing CO2 by vehicles is adopted from the Taiwan Ministry of Communications then verified with IPCC formula.
