鋁元素對TWIP鋼熱軋後材料性質影響之研究

The Effect of Al Doping on the Properties of Hot-rolled TWIP Steels

摘要


近年來由於人們生活水準提高,對汽車安全性及環保意識更加重視,所以藉由開發高強度及高延展性的鋼材,來提升汽車的安全性也可達到輕量化之目的,有助於地球永續之發展。本研究經由熔煉方式添加2~4wt%的鋁元素於Fe-24Mn-0.6C系TWIP鋼,並經固溶化、熱軋及退火後,對 TWIP鋼顯微組織及機械性質進行探討;同時利用熱力學方式計算鋼材之疊差能。實驗結果顯示,經固溶化退火後鋼材內有退火雙晶存在,平均晶粒尺寸大約75~100μm,此鋼材於室溫下仍為沃斯田鐵(g相)組織;經拉伸試驗後以Fe-24Mn-0.6C之拉伸性質最佳,抗拉強度乘以伸長量(T.S. x El.)值可達70000MPa%,且拉伸後破斷面呈現延性破壞,硬度值約為HRB80。

High strength and ductility steels are in a great demand byautomobile industries worldwide. High strength steels can reduce the thicknessof steel under the same safety requirements that makes vehicle lighter, thereby improving energy efficiency andreducing pollutant emission. In this study, Fe-24Mn-0.6C series TWIP steel was doped with 2 wt% and 4 wt% Al element through a vacuum induced melting process. The micro structure of the Al doped TWIP steels was examined and their mechanical properties determined. Analysis results showed that the hot-rolled TWIP steels have annealing twins. The grain size increased from 75 to 100 μm with Al content increasing to 4 wt%. The austenite phase was the mainphaseof TWIP steels at room temperature. Tensiletest results showedexcellentmechanical properties with the value of T.S.x El. reaching 70000 MPa% and the hardness HRB 80.
