高爐冶金模式的建立與應用

Development and Application of Blast Furnace Metallurgy Models

摘要


高爐是一個生產鐵水的巨大反應爐,其特徵是高溫、高壓,化學反應複雜,且氣、固、液三相共存。雖然歷經兩百多年的演進,高爐仍猶如“黑箱”,其操作調整主要仍憑藉於專家累積的經驗。鑑於無法直接量測高爐內部,冶金軟体的模式建立可協助爐操者對高爐內部的各種現象及狀態更了解,而有助於高爐爐操順行與效能提升。本文主要介紹中鋼公司近幾年來主要的幾項冶金模式的開發與應用,包括DEM佈料模式、爐床間隙指標、爐熱預測模式、管道流預警系統等。其中爐熱預測模式可提前兩小時預測鐵水溫度走勢;管道流預警系統可有12分鐘之預警訊息;DEM佈料模式更結合現場操作,成功進行中心加焦,並提高產率及降低焦炭率。

The blast furnace is a high temperature, high pressure, multi-reaction and multi-phase reactor that contains solid raw materials, liquid iron and hot blast. The physical and chemical processes and behavior in the blast furnace are so complex, it is often regarded as a ”black box”. The accumulated experience and knowledge have been the best guide for operating the blast furnace. Various metallurgy models have been developed to assist the operators to better understand the inside work of the blast furnace, and thus to improve the blast furnace performance. China Steel Corporation has developed charging burden model by DEM, hearth gap index, thermal state prediction model and channeling prediction system. A successful central coke charging guided by the DEM model and operation experience is a high-light promoting productivity and reducing coke rate.
