中鋁熱軋廠鋁胚加熱爐熱分析之研究

A thermal analysis of reheating furnace for aluminum hot rolling in Aluminum Corporation

摘要


中鋁熱軋加熱爐共兩座,RF1與RF2能耗分別為19Nm^3/t和21Nm^3/t,屬異常偏高,因此本研究建立加熱爐熱診斷軟體,分析熱損失主要來源,確認廢氣帶走熱量較高是造成加熱爐效率較低的主要因素。同時,開發鋁胚溫度量測技術,用以確認均質料胚溫之均溫性。中鋁原作業模式為鋁胚DS側料溫達520℃時,需均溫12小時,但研究結果顯示均溫6小時後,其冷熱點溫差已縮小至5℃以內,溫度已相當均勻,且機性皆可符合規範要求,確認均溫時間可再縮短。預期每年可為中鋁大幅降低加熱成本及增加產量。

The energy consumption of RF1 and RF2 reheating furnace in the Aluminum Corporation was 19Nm^3/t and 21Nm^3/t, respectively. The energy consumption was higher than the normal reheating furnaces. This study developed a thermal diagnostic software to investigate the main heat losses. Results showed that the waste gas had the major heat losses. We also developed a technique to determine the slab temperature uniformity. The regulation required a homogenous slab temperature at the driving side be 520℃ and a soaking time of 12hrs. Our experimental data showed that after a soaking time of 6hrs, the slab temperature uniformity is less than 5℃ with mechanical property still confirming to the regulation. The Aluminum Corporation decreased the soaking time to substantially reduce the heat losses thereby reducing the heating cost and increasing the profit.
