製程條件對5182鋁合金炒渣效果影響之研究

The influence of processing parameters on the recycling recovery efficiency of AA5182 hot dross

摘要


中鋁熔煉鋁合金所產生之熔渣超過10,000噸/年,其中由熔化爐所產生之濕渣(wet dross)約佔2/3,金屬含量相當高,處理方式是利用MRM(metal reclamation machine)設備炒渣,回收率可達到40%。為了提高MRM之回收效率,乃透由實驗,探討各種製程參數對回收效率之影響。研究結果顯示5182濕渣之金屬含量高達73%以上,Flux添加量在0.5wt.%以下炒渣時,其回收率隨Flux添加量增加而提高,但0.5wt.%以上則持平。在起始溫度760∼830℃炒渣時,炒渣時間短,其回收率與起始溫度成正比,當時間增加時,效果則逐漸趨近。另外,炒渣速度及時間對回收效果影響也相當大,在回收率達到最大前,回收率隨旋轉棒速度及時間提高而呈線性增加。

The dross produced in CSAC (China Steel Aluminum Corporation) during aluminum alloy smelting and refining was over 10,000 ton/year. Two third of the dross was wet dross that had high metal content (over 73 %) and was recycled by MRM (metal reclamation machine) with a recycling recovery eff iciency of 40%. We investigated the influence of processing parameters on the recycling recovery eff iciency. Results showed that when the flux addition is less than 0.5 wt%, the recycling recovery eff iciency increased with an increase in flux addition. When the flux addition is above 0.5 wt%, the recycling recovery efficiency remained constant. When the initial processing temperature was between 760 ∼ 830℃ for short processing time, the recycling recovery efficiency increased with the initial processing temperature. For long processing time, the recycling recovery efficiency remained the same. Before the recycling recovery efficiency reached the maximum, the recycling recovery efficiency linearly increased with increasing processing speed and time.
