高強度起子頭套筒扭力特性研究

On The Study of Torsion Properties of High Strength Bit Socket

摘要


本研究針對起子頭套筒進行材料及性能升級的解析。以其應用特性來看,扭力性能的提升最為關鍵,因此以高硬化能S2鋼材產製新型起子頭套筒,並進行扭力強度、抗扭力疲勞性質及最終破斷機制等分析;結果顯示與現有套筒產品比較,S2套筒能展現更高的扭力強度與高次數扭力疲勞壽命,且兼顧避免失效狀態之安全性,實現產品性能升級效益。

In current study, the upgrade of bit socket was carefully studied. The improvement on torsional performance can be quite critical, therefore, the high strength S2 steel was introduced into the development of new bit socket. The torsional deformation, torsional fatigue behaviors and the rupture mechanism were further analyzed, and the results indicated that the S2 bit socket could indeed exhibit better torque strength and longer torsional fatigue life than the existing products. Also, the safety issue during tool failure was improved. As a result, the benefit from S2 bit socket seems obvious.
