為追求電動車動力系統之高效能與長續航力的極致表現,近年來許多車廠已採用黏結方式組立其馬達鐵芯。針對此目標,本研究成功開發出低膜厚、可快速固化之C3S1自黏塗膜(Self-bonding coating)電磁鋼片(Electrical steel, ES)。自黏塗膜ES的生產工藝係透過輥塗方式將塗料塗覆於鋼帶表面,再經過烘烤加熱後形成固化不完全之塗膜鋼捲;此鋼捲經過分條、衝片加工製成散片,散片再經加熱、加壓固化後即可得到黏結成型的鐵芯。本研究所開發之C3S1自黏塗膜不僅為中鋼ES產品提升附加價值,更可望為公司獲利,創造電動車市場另一波藍海商機。
Recently, many car manufacturers have used bonded motor cores to pursue the ultimate performance of high efficiency and long range endurance for electric vehicle (EV). Base on this purpose, this study successfully develop a thin coating thickness and rapid cured type, self-bonding coating electrical steel (ES), C3S1. The manufacturing process of self-bonding coating ES is that: the surface of steel is firstly applied with coating by roller, then followed by drying process to pre-cure the coating. The pre-cured ES coil is later slitted and punched into stacks. These stacks can be further pressurized and final cured to obtain a firmly bonded core. The development of C3S1 self-bonding coating ES could not only promote the value of ES products for China Steel, but also lead to a remarkable profit in blue ocean business of EV.
