培養基營養成份對洋菇孢子發芽影響之研究
Effect of Nutrient Medium on Spore Germination of Agaricus bisporus (Lange) Sing
摘要
洋菇孢子在含有營養成份培養液中之發芽率是蒸餾水中之兩倍左右，充份表現出洋菇孢子發芽需要有營養份的供給，供給的營養份與孢子發芽率增加的效果以有機物質較無機鹽類明顯，有機物質中又以雜生素類及含氮之蛋白質或氨基酸等物對促進孢子的發芽較有效，維生素中以Biotin較Thiamine的效果大。
