中子放射化分析法應用於作物體中微量無機成分之定量

Studies on the Neutron Activation Analysis of Inorganic Minor Elements in Plants

摘要


以國立清華大學原子燑爲中子照射源,應用非破壞放射化分析法,從事作物體中微量無機成分之定量,目的在發展此一方法,提供國內農業研究分析工作之運用。 1.Mn之定量,以照射5分鍾,冷却1小時爲適當。 2.定量Na及K時,以照射30分鍾,冷却24小時爲宜。 3.同一試樣可行重覆照射,供各元素定量之用。 4.分析柑桔葉片所得結果,顯示Mn及Na積聚於葉尖部分,而K則以葉柄及前葉部分含量較多,此一現象何因,有待進一步探討。

For the purpose of developing the non-destructive analysis for agriculture research in Taiwan, the reactor (Swimming-pool type, 1MW, 2~4×1012 thermal neutrons/cm^2/sec.) owned by National Tsing Hwa University was employed as the neutron source, The results suggest that; 1. For Mn determination, it is better to choice 5 min. irradiation time and 1 hour cooling. 2, For Na and K determination, it is better to choice 30 min. irradiation time and 24 hours cooling. 3. The used sample can be reused to determine other contents else. 4. In citrus leaves: according to the analysed results, Mn and Na were accumulated in the tip of leaf blade, while K was accumulated in the front part of leaf especilly in the leaf stalk.
