臺灣洋菇線蟲種類及習性之研究
Mushroom Nematodes in Taiwan and Their Some Biological Study
摘要
PE密閉菇舍內之線蟲種類，以Rhabditis sp.線蟲佔大多數，線蟲數量隨栽培期間延長而增加。Aphelenchoides composticola線蟲在臺灣係爲害洋菇菌絲之一種線蟲，線蟲在菇床雜菌生長之培養基及不含菌類之堆肥或土壤內不能生存。

Rhabditis sp. was the major species found in the compost and casing soil in the closed type of PE-mushroom house. The nematode population increased greatly at the harvesting stage. Aphelenchoides composticola is a mycophagous nematode frequently found in the mushroom compost in Taiwan. It did not reproduce in the sterilized compost and soil. Neither did it in the media containing any of the several weed fungi isolated form the mushroom bed.
