利用布袋蓮種植草菇之初步試驗
Preliminary Experiment of Water Hyacinth Used as a Medium for the Cultivation of Padi Straw Mushroom
摘要
利用布袋蓮代替稻草來栽培草菇，菌絲發育良好，産菇正常。布袋蓮係本省各地常見之水生植物，平時利用價值不大，繁殖迅速，用以栽培草菇不單可以減輕栽培成本，且可節省稻草之消耗，貯爲栽培洋菇之用。
