洋菇Aphelenchoides線蟲生態之研究

摘要


爲害洋菇之Aphelenchoides線蟲,在幹燥稻草,菇舍內地面上之遺落堆肥及土壤、菇床上之堆肥及覆土均可分離得到。在室溫眝藏225~434天後之風幹廢堆肥仍可分離到Aphelenchoides。 Aphelenchoides composticola在蒸氣殺菌之土壤及堆肥內不繁殖。以6種真菌培養本線蟲時,Alternaria citri及Alternaria brassica最適合繁殖,而Asper gillus niger最差。本線蟲繁殖最適溫度是20及25℃。以濕熱50℃處理5分鍾以上時,可使本線蟲全死減。在15~35℃下,以柏門氏漏斗法分離檢出之線蟲隻數略同,並無顯著差異。

The Aphelenchoides nematodes, pathogenic to mushroom mycelia, were detected from the dry rice straw, the compost and casing soil on the mushroom beds or compost and soil on the ground of mushroom houses. They were also extracted form the dry waste compost afters torage of 225~434 days kept at room temperature. Aphelenchoides composiicola did not reproduce in the steam sterilized soil and compost. It reproduced very abundantly on the mycelia of Alternaria citri and A. brassica agar saint cultures. The optimum temperatures for reproduction of the nematode were 20 and 25 ℃.The nematode lost activity when treated with 50℃ for 5 min. The number of the nematode was not significantly different, when they were extracted with Baermann funnel technique at 15~35℃.
