溫州蜜柑催色之研究

Postharvest Coloring of Satsuma Orange (Citrus unshiu Marc.)

摘要


本研究以溫州蜜柑爲材料,就其採收後果實使用三種不同乙處理方法,並配合溫度和化學藥品等處理探討促進葉綠素分解和著色之影響。三種方法中以Ethrel 1,000 ppm浸潰者最佳,乙烯10 ppm點滴法處理48小時者次之,PVC密閉15小時者又次之。但以PVC密閉15小時,經三天後重複處理者,比Ethrel 1,000 ppm浸果者爲佳。Erhrel浸潰時加用2,4-D 200 ppm對保持果實蒂部之鮮度有效,Thiabendazole 700 ppm之利用對催色效果並無影響。浸果後早期上臘者,除抑制催色效果外,且有增加蒂腐病之傾向,待六天後上臘者無不良影響。

A survey of the practical postharvest degreening method suitable for the satsuma orange in Taiwan was conducted. Three different coloring methods were compared. They were ethrel dipping method dipping in aqueous solution of ethrel) trickle method (treating with 10 pm of ethylene for 48 hours) and PVC sealed short method (treating with 1,000 ppm ethylene and sealing in PVC film for 15 hours). The results showed that the ethrel dipping method giving the highest rate of degreening. But double the treatment of the short method with a 3 days interval resulted in a even higher rate of degreening than the ethrel dipping method. The addition of 700 pm TBZ (thiabendazole) in ethrel solution did not affect the rate of degreening. But the ethrel solution containing 200 ppm 2,4-D effectively maintained the green color of stem-end buttom. Waxing immediately after ethrel dipping sharply arrested the degreening rate and increased the incidence of decay, but which could he avoided if waxing 6 days after dipping.
