摘要


應用放射追蹤技術和土壤薄層色析法研究汞化物在土壤中的動態,以及汞化物水溶液對於園藝作物種子發芽與生長的影響。汞化物在土壤中的移動性主要受土壤陽離子交換量,有機物和黏土含量的影響;惟硝酸汞之移動深受土壤pH值左右,土壤pH值低時其移動性增大。 各種蔬菜種子對於汞化物水溶液之反應,以其生長率及發芽比較時,以白菜類及刈菜類較具敏感性。

The mobility of labeled mercury compounds such as mercuric nitrate, mercuric chloride and phenyl mercuric acetate in soils were determined by comparing the R values on TLC. The autoradiograms of soil TLC showed that the movement of mercury were involved in the effect of soil adsorption. The mobility was chiefly affected by soil CEC, organic matter and clay content. While the movement of mercuric nitrate was greatly increased by low soil pH. Several horticultural crop seeds were used for bioassay test in aqueous solution of mercury compounds. The percent growth of control and the germination rate in aqueous solution of mercury compounds indicated some strains of cabbage seed could be used as index plants of bioassay for detecting ppb level of mercury.
