摘要


綠蘆筍嫩莖採收後,於室溫儲藏期間,木質素急速形成,而cytokinins和gibberellins之含量都急速降低。4℃的低溫儲藏,gibberellins活性消失要比cytokinins之變化來得快速。噴灑5 ppm之morphactin可部分抑制木質素之形成及gibberellins和cytokinins活性之消失。

Changes of lignin content and levels of cytokinins and gibberellins of green asparagus (Asparagus officinalis L var. Mary Washington) spears stored in 25℃ and 4℃ were investigated. Levels of cytokinins and gibberellins decreased sharply in the samples stored at 25℃. There is a negetative correlation between the lignin content and the levels of cytokinin and gibberellins. Low storage temperature slowed the decreasing of activities of both hormones. Morphactin sprayed at 5 ppm partially retarded the lignin formation and decreasing of hormonal levels.
