菊花X光線誘變育種之研究(二)引誘菊花苗産生變異之有效劑量

摘要


本試驗使用Indiana Bronze和Thelma兩品種,以急照射0.5-5.0KR之結果,菊花苗之有效限界劑量在2.0KR。以1.0, 1.5, 2.0KR之劑量照射Delaware, DK Orchid Queen和Fred Shoesrnith三品種之結果,引誘芽條變異之有效劑量,宜在1.5KR。另以Giant Betsy Ross, Imp, Indiana Yellow, Yellow Delaware三品種在植株摘心後三天或六天再照射,則可能提高産生變異量,而三天後之照射,産生變異般六天者多。

Experiments have been conducted to study the doses of X-ray irradiation on induction of somatic mutation in chrysanthemum cultivars Eight cultivars were used for this experiments they are Delaware. DK Orchid Queen Fred Shoesmith Giant Betsy Ross, Imp Indiana Yellow, Indiana Grouse, Thelma, and Yellow Delaware The rooted cuttings or email plants were irradiated at doses oh 0.5-50 KR Although there were some differences in sensitivity among cultivate the critical dose was between 1.5 KR to 20 KR in rooted cuttings and small plants. The irradiation at 3 days alter pinching induced more somatic mutations.
