本試驗系以十九個中國白菜自交系經人爲春化處理及本省秋冬季自然低溫環境後之抽苔開化行爲,人爲春化處理組很明顯地具提早開花之效果。其中No. 14自交系顯示具對春化處理最敏感之特性,No. 3爲對低溫刺激抽苔開花最遲純之品系,而在人爲春化處理後之抽苔開花行爲與自然低溫環境下之抽苔開花間不具明顯之相關性,即無法以一者之抽苔開花行爲推測另一者,但在意料之中地,晚期世代所選拔之品系較早期世代抽苔開花之整齊度高。
The bolting and flowering behavior of 19 Chinese cabbage inbred lines was investigated under artificial vernalization and natural cold conditions. Inbred lines varied significantly in various charcteristics measured. Line A-14 chewed the greatest sensitivity to cold treatment while A-3 appeared to be the most insensitive. Insignificant correlation was noted between bolting behavior of lines under the artificial and natural cold regime. As expected, greater degree of uniformity for bolting and flowering was expressed by more advanced inbred lines compared to lines jot the early inbred generation.
