臺灣柑桔産區營養狀況之研究-不同根砧對葉片無機養分及果實品質之影響

A Study on the Nutritional Status of Citrus Production Districts in Taiwan-Influence of Rootstocks on Leaf Inorganic Nutrients and Fruit Quality

摘要


民國66-67年就臺灣三柑桔生産專業區內之果園進行葉片無機養分分析及土質測定。葉片各要素含量爲N:2.95~3.60%, P:0.10~0.16%, K:0.99~1.43%, Ca:2.75~4.00%, Mg:0.16~0.55%, Fe:101~165 ppm, Mn:81~115 ppm, Cu:9~46 ppm, Zn:35~111 ppm。以酸桔爲砧之桶柑、椪柑和柳橙,其葉片含Ca、Mn和Cu較廣東檸檬砧者爲多而N和Zn則較少;酸桔砧之桶柑各椪柑其果重亦較重;椪柑以廣果檸檬爲砧時,果汁色澤較爲鮮明。

Daring 1977-78, leaf and soil analysis had been done at three citrus production districts in Taiwan, In leaves the ranges of nutrient contents areas follows: N 2.98-3.60%, P 0.10~0.16%, K 0.99~4.43%, Ca 2.75~4.00%, Mg 0.16~0.55%, Fe 101-165 ppm, Mn 81-115 ppm, Cu 9-46 ppm and Zn 35-111 ppm. Scions on Sunki stock have much Ca, Mn, Cu and less N, Zn than those on Rangpur lime stock. The Ponkan ahd the Tahkan oh Sunki stock have heavier fruit fresh weight pd the juice color of the Ponkan on Rangpur lime is more vivid.
