摘要


柑橘榨汁機械之引進與改良爲現階段臺灣柑橘果汁生産關鍵之所在。評估美國現行之柑橘榨汁機,如勃朗(Brown 400 or 700)的切壓式及FMC的In-Line型的插壓式,以意大利Berzzle出品的切壓機,均被認爲機型過大及造價昂貴,非國內中、小型加工廠所需者。由引進較小型之切壓式榨汁機,經調整榨盤方向、旋轉刀板改用緣形後,已達到實用矣!又引進並放大之油壓式榨汁機,經部份調整及改良後,並可達果汁加工廠之實用階段。 榨汁前磨皮機之改良,是選用馬鈐薯去皮機,由試驗結果證明經比磨皮而榨出果汁之皮油含量不超過規格之標凖。

In present time, it is very important and urgent to introduce or to develop an efficient machine for extracting of citrus fruit juice in Taiwan. There were a great deal of commercial citrus fruit juice extractors used in citrus fruit juice industry abroad. However, after evaluation of those fruit juice squeezers such as Brown 400 or 700, and the In-Line type made in the United States, or the Berzzle reamer made in Italy. It is found that due to their high price and big mass, they are not suitable for the small-type of fruit juice factories in Taiwan. Therefore, an efficient cut-press type of citrus fruit juice extractor was imported and some part of this machine was improved. Such as its original smooth-edge of the blade was changed into saw-edged and the rotary press-plates were adjusted. Another oil-hydraulic type of juice extractor was also imported by this experiment. After some modifications were made, four-time capacity for citrus fruit squeezing was obtained. A satisfactory peel oil content was obtained by using a scarifier, potato peeler, to partially deoil the orange fruit prior to squeez the fruit juice.
