摘要

蔬菜爲台灣地區民眾日常生活上的必需品，由於氣候季節性之變化及農民耕作習性兩大因素，台灣蔬菜生產甚爲不穩定、常發生產銷失衡問題。本文討論台灣地區蔬菜生產上的一些特質，包括耕作制度、產地、產期分布及供應概況等，並分析產銷失衡原因及研擬紓解產銷失衡之對策。

Vegetable is a necessary commodity in the common living of people in Taiwan. Due to the seasonal change on climate and the cultivated habbit of growers, vegetable production in Taiwan is quite unstable which often results in the imbalance between sapply nod demand. Some characters such as cultivation systems, production areas, distribution of production periods and status of supply were discussed in this paper. The solutions for the imbalance between supply and demand were also proposed.
