台灣百合之同功酶遺傳分化

Analysis of Genetic Diversity in Taiwan Lily Using Isozyme Markers

摘要


以同功酶電泳沿台灣本島低、中、高海拔,取樣9族群。以同功酶電泳分析9種酵素13個基因座,得知族群間遺傳相似性範圍高達0976~1,並具有近親交配傾向(Fis=0.173, Fit=0.210),屬低分化之族群(Fst=0.045),有較多的變異存在於族群內(986%),此亦應與其基因流順暢有關(Nm=5.275)。而歸群結果顯示除中海拔之藤枝及霧社族群外,其他族群歸群順序係依照低、高海拔之關係,顯示海拔高度之氣候環境差異對台灣百合族群之遺傳變異有相當程度的影響。

The aim of this study is to study the population genetic variations of L. longiflorum var. formosanum. Nine populations were sampled from loss to high altitudes, and thirteen loci of 9 enzyme systems were analyzed. The results revealed that the genetic identities between populations ranged from 0.976 to 1. The populations showed inbreeding trends (Fis=0.173, Fit=0.210), and had loss differentiation (Fst=0.045) which correlated with high gene floss (Nm=5.275). Among the total variation, 98.6% were attributable to individual differences with populations. The results of cluster analysis showed that the cluster relationships, with the exceptions of Terngiy and Wuhsheh populations of middle altitudes, were corrected with the altitudes.
