國內旅游對國地觀光旅館國人住宿需求影響之研究

The Effect of Domestic Travel in Accommodation Demand of International Tourist Hotels in Taiwan

摘要

近年來，國際觀光旅館在面臨外來客源增加有限，以及未來供給大幅增加之雙重壓力下，廣拓國內旅客市場之需求似已成為國際觀光旅館未來努力的方向，而國內旅遊自然就成為國際觀光旅館廣大的潛在需求市場。本研究利用參數變動模型設定國際觀光旅館國人住宿需求模型，探討台北、高雄、台中、花蓮和風景等地區國民旅遊對國際觀光旅館國人住宿需求的影響。實證結果顯示，五個地區國際觀光旅館國人住宿需求受到國內旅遊影響最大的地方是花蓮與高雄地區，其次是台北地區，至於台中與風景地區則是受國內旅遊影響較少的地方。

Recently, domestic travel market has became the further potential source of international tourism hotels because of its demand of accommodation, and under the pressure of limited increasing of inbound visitors and increasing supply of international tourism hotels. This study set up the demand model of resident's accommodations for international tourism hotels byusing the time-varying parameter model. Then, using it to find out the effect of domestic travel in Taipei, Kaohsiung, Taichung, Hualien and Scenic Areas, for the demand of accommodations of international tourism hotels. The results showed that Hualien and Kaohsiung were the most affected regions, then Taipei and the least were Taichung and Scenic Areas.
