黃秋葵產量構成要素之組合力分析

Combining Ability Analysis of Yield Components in Okra

摘要


以黃秋葵S-1、H-1、I-1、I-3(A群)、M-6(C群)及P-13(D群)六個品種為親本,進行全互交得30個F1以及其親本為材料,進行產量構成要素之組合力分析。結果得知,始花日數、單株果數、產量、果徑及單果重等性狀同時受到累加性及非累加性基因所控制。又始花日數、單株果數、果長及單果重等性狀具有正反交效應,進行雜交育種時應慎選母本。由一般組合力與特殊組合力的比值,發現所有性狀之比值介於1.2~34.5間均大於1,表示累加性均方所佔比例較大。在平均雜種優勢上,只有始花日數具有雜種優勢。

The combining ability and heterosis of fruit yield and associated traits were studied in a 6×06 diallel crosses of okra (Abclmoschus esculentus (L.) Moench). The results showed that days to flowering, fruit no. /plant, yield, fruit diameter and fruit weight were controlled by additive and nonadditive gene. The reciprocal effects were significant for days to flowering, fruit no. /plant, fruit length and fruit weight., caution should be made for choosing inbred as male or female parents. The value was between 1.2 and 34.5 for ratio of general combining ability (GCA)/special combining ability (SCA), to show additive component than more.
