累積溫度對文心蘭開花品質之影響

Effect of Accumulation Temperature on the Flower Quality of Oncidium

摘要


此研究用以探討文心蘭黃金二號開花品質與環境溫度之關係。以兩種累積溫度差爲指標,包括累積高溫差與累積低溫差,並藉由氣象紀錄資料加以計算此數值。以此指標與數項切花品質調查值加以比較。研究結果顯示累積高溫差與累積低溫差對於花莖長度都有顯著影響。第一分枝高度與花莖分枝數目影響因子爲累積高溫差。累積低溫差則與小花總數目成高相關。自切花採收至下一次新芽萌出之日期受到累積高溫差影響。此研究結果所提供之累積溫差值量化資料可用以配合各地區氣候做爲文心蘭生產區規劃之用。

The relationship between the cut flower quality and growing temperature of Oncidium Golden No.2 was studied. Two temperature bases of accumulated high temperature difference (ACHT) and accumulated low temperature difference (ACLT) were proposed and calculated by metrological records. Flower quality was investigated in field study. The result indicated that ACHT and ACLT values had significant effect on the stem length. The domain factor for height of first lateral branch and branch numbers of this variety was ACHT value. The value of ACLT values controlled the floret numbers. The required growth days from harvesting to next shoot initiation was determined by ACHT values. The result of this study can be served as the useful information to draw the adequate Oncidium production regions according to its local weather conditions.
