條形包種茶精選特性之分析研究

摘要:本研究利用3×3×2之複因子實驗設計,探討操作參數(滾筒花紋、滾筒轉速及傾斜角度)之改變,對於滾筒式短梗分離精選機在條形茶精選作業上之影響,以期找出最佳的精選作業模式,俾提供茶農在茶葉精選作業之參考。 實驗結果顯示:(1)滾筒花紋對於假密度、機械精選挑梗重中所含梗重、機械精選重中所含梗重百分比與處理完成時間有極顯著的影響;其中以壓花精選效果最佳、處理時間最短。(2)滾筒轉速對假密度、精選挑梗重、精選挑梗百分比、初次挑梗後茶葉重及處理完成時間具有極顯著的差異。滾筒轉速為30rpm時,精選效果最差;滾筒轉速為20rpm與25rpm之精選效果無顯著差異,但作業時間以轉速25rpm較短。(3)傾斜角度對於假密度、機械精選挑梗重中殘留梗重、機械精選重中所含梗重百分比與處理完成時間有極顯著的影響,對真密度、初次挑梗後茶葉重只具有顯著差異。傾斜角度6°與12°相較之下以6°精選效果為佳。(4)綜合以上之實驗結果,在滾筒花紋使用壓花、滾筒轉速為25rpm以及傾斜角度為6°等操作條件時,為最佳品質下之精選作業模式。

The 3×3×2 factorial experiment was designed to investigate the effects of operating variables on the mechanical separation properties of the new developed machine for Paochung tea separation. The operating variables were roller shapes, roller speeds, and roller tilt angles. The optimum operation conditions were also found to recommend to the tea farmers. The experimental results showed that: (1) The roller shapes had the most significant effects on the bulk density, the stem weight picked by manual from the mechanical separation tea, the percentage of the stem weight picked by manual from the mechanical separation tea, and the processing time. The patterned roller had the highest effect and demanded the shortest processing time. (2) The roller speeds had the most significant effects on the bulk density, the stem weight after mechanical separation, the percentage of the stem weight after mechanical separation, the tea weight after mechanical separation, and the processing time. The roller speed of 30rpm showed the worst effect. There were no significant difference between roller speeds of 20rpm and 30rpm. However, the shortest processing time was occurred at 25rpm roller speed. (3) The roller tilt angles had the most significant effects on the bulk density, the stem weight picked by manual from the mechanical separation tea, the percentage of the stem weight picked by manual from the mechanical separation tea, and the processing time. And it also affected the true density and the tea weight after mechanical separation. Compared with 12 , the tilt angle of 6 was better. (4) According to the above results, the optimum operation conditions for the strip-shape Paochung tea separation were found as the patterned roller, 25rpm roller speed and 6 tilt angle. And the optimum operation conditions were recommended to the tea farmers for references.
