行動溫室環控系統之研究

The Study on Mobile Environmental Control System of Greenhouse

摘要


為因應台灣多變的氣候環境,提升農產品品質及穩定產量,利用設施栽培作物逐漸受到農民重視。透過設施內穩定的氣候狀態及可預期的生長時間,調節農產品產量其產期,使農民能以最低的生產成本,獲得最高的收益。本研究利用溫室環控裝置與電腦圖控軟體並結合ASP動態伺服器建立一套可同時於遠端監控多棟溫室之行動溫室環控系統;此系統整合多棟溫室之環境與設備狀況,並依照外界環境變化自動調節溫室內部最適環境,達到環控管理之目的。並結合Access資料庫,可即時將最新的動態資訊顯示於網站上,便於管理者即時監控,當外界環境變化異常時,管理者亦可於遠端登入主控電腦進行系統控制參數變更,達到行動監控的效果。經由本研究結果顯示,利用環控系統及動態網頁的結合,能使管理者不受時間和地域的限制監控,使溫室獲得最佳管理效能,此一技術將有助於農業環控管理上之發展應用。

In response to the fluctuating climate in Taiwan and for the purposes of improving the quality of agricultural products and stabilizing product volume, the use of facilities for cultivating crops has been gradually drawing farmers' attention. The production volume and production period of agricultural products can be adjusted through the stable climate condition and the expected time of growth within the facility such that farmers can obtain the highest profits with the lowest production costs. In this study a set of mobile greenhouse environmental control system capable of simultaneous monitoring of multiple greenhouses has been established based on greenhouse environmental control device and computer graphic control software integrated with ASP dynamic server. The environment and equipment conditions of multiple greenhouses are integrated by this system, which will automatically adjust the optimum environment within the greenhouse in accordance with the variation of external environment thus achieving the goal of environmental control and management. In conjunction with the Access database, the latest dynamic information can be shown on the website in real time in order to facilitate the real time monitoring by the administrator. In case of abnormal variation of external environment, the administrator can also remotely log on to the host computer to change the system control parameters in order to achieve the effect of mobile surveillance. As indicated by this study, the integration of environmental control system and dynamic webpage will allow administrators to conduct monitoring without time and geographical constraints thus achieving the optimal greenhouse management performance. This technology will contribute to the development and application in terms of agricultural environmental control and management.
