本篇研究植物材料使用經秋水仙素處理新型態聖誕紅種間雜交種(Euphorbia pulcherrima × Euphorbia cornastra)‘Dulce Rosa^(TM)’和‘Princettia®-Hot Pink’及‘Luv U Pink^(TM)’所獲得之誘變株。觀察聖誕紅種間雜交種及其誘變株苞葉顏色,並調查苞葉上表皮細胞與苞葉橫向切面和原品種之差異。試驗結果指出苞葉顏色與表皮細胞色素含量、具色素之細胞數量、具色素之表皮細胞層數,以及色素細胞排列相關。此外以掃描式電子顯微鏡觀察苞葉表皮細胞形狀,圓錐狀與乳突型細胞形狀亦影響其聖誕紅誘變株苞葉呈色差異。
The plant materials obtained from the novel poinsettia interspecific hybrids (Euphorbia pulcherrima × Euphorbia cornastra) 'Dulce Rosa^(TM)', 'Princettia®-Hot Pink', and 'Luv U Pink^(TM)' with colchicine mutantions. The bract epidermis was observed to investigate the difference of between the interspecific cultivars and their mutants. The results showed pigments of epidermal cell, amount as well as layer of cell with pigment, and their arrangement were related to bract color. Moreover, the morphology of bract epidermal cell with onical or papillae shape were also resulted in different colors of bract of poinsettia.
