Angular distribution of polarization in p-C^(12) elastic scattering was measured for laboratory scattering angles θ1=50°, 70°, 90” and 120” at Ep=2.875 Mev and polarization as a function of energy at θ1=50° was determined. A phase analysis of the data was carried out at the energy where angular distribution was measured. It is shown that the phase variation of 1.6' of δ1^+ and 3.5” of δ2^+ from the phase obtained in ref. (8) do not influence the angular distribution of the cross-section within the limit of experimental errors.
