We compute the strong QCD corrections to the flavor changing Q→qH process. The leading double logarithmic infrared divergences in this process are not cancelled in the total transition amplitudes. As a result we have to believe that these leading double logarithmic singularities factorize out of the amplitude ad exponentiate to a Sudakov suppression form factor. The suppression for the inclusive B mesons' decay into light Higgs Boson and hadrons is less than five percent.
