In this work, we emphasize strongly that the conventional golden rule type of approach on the calculation of the density of state of the d-electron in the Anderson model for localized magnetic moment will suffer from the ”Wu's ambiguity.” This ambiguity was raised by Prof. T. Y. Wu on his work about the auto-ionization of He-atom. We proposed a neutron scattering experiment on the localized moment and calculated the scattering cross section by following the treatment of Fano. The scattering cross section was expressed in terms of the interaction parameters and the expectation value of the localized moment. The asymmetric behavior near the resonance peak was also found.
