The temperature dependencies of resistivity and thermopower in Eu1+xBa2-Cu3Oy(x = O-0.5) have been measured. The results obtained have been analyzed on the basis of phenomenological theory of electron transport in the case of the narrow conductive band. The using of the narrow-band model has enabled us to determine the band structure parameters for the samples with different x. The possible explanation of the Tc lowering with x increase has been proposed. It is concluded that the oxygen sublattice disordering has a determinant effect on band structure parameters and superconductive properties of LnBa2Cu3Oy-system.
