Statistical Interactions in Statistical Models

We regard Haldane's generalized Pauli exclusion principle as the statistical interactions and apply this concept to the statistical models. With proper choice of particle species, it is possible to transform a model with intertwined interactions between spins into another with species of (free) particles with statistical interactions and all the thermodynamic properties can be obtained straightforwardly. We use two simple examples of one-dimensional spin chain to describe this approach.
