Local Structure of Double Perovskites Sr2FeMO6 (M = Mo, W) Studied by X-ray Absorption Spectroscopy

The local structure of double perovskites Sr2FeMO6(M = Mo, W) have been probed by extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS) spectroscopy at the Fe K-edge. Based on our analysis, the FeO6 octahedron arrangement of Sr2FeWO6 is more distorted and larger than that of Sr2FeMoO6.
