摘要

固相微萃取為一簡單、快速且不需使用溶劑的萃取技術。此項技術近年來被廣泛運用於複雜物質之萃取分析，本文將此技術之發展、原理及其應用於植物揮發成分之分析做一整理，以供相關研究人員選擇萃取方法之另一參考。

Solid phase microextraction (SPME) is a simple, fast and solvent-free extraction technique. This method has been widely applied to the analyses of complex mixtures. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the theory and development of SPME and some recent studies on the applications of SPME to the analyses of biogenic volatile organic compounds. Hopefully, this brief review paper will provide an alternative of choosing extraction methods for the related researchers.
