頂空氣相層析質譜法鑑別肉桂節植物

Identification of Sect. Cinnamomum Plants Using Headspace-GC/MS

摘要


為快速準確的鑑別土肉桂與其它肉桂節(Sect. Cinnamomum)植物,本研究分別利用水蒸餾法(Hydrodistillation, HD)萃取葉子精油及頂空氣相層析質譜法(Headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, HS-GC/MS)吸取葉子揮發成分,再分析其組成分,然後利用群團分析(Cluster analysis)及主成分分析(Principal component analysis)比較2種方法分析之結果。試驗結果顯示,無論由HD或HS-GC/MS分析7種肉桂節植物〔桂皮醛型(Cinnamaldehyde type)及枷羅木醇型(Linalool type)土肉桂、錫蘭肉桂(C. zeylanicum)、山肉桂(C. insularimontanum)、胡氏肉桂(C. macrostemon)、香桂(C. subavenium)及陰香(C. burmanii)〕葉子組成分,其主成分分別為trans-Cinnamaldehyde、Linalool、Eugenol、α-Pinene、1,8-Cineol、p-Cymene及L-Borneol,顯示兩者成分分析結果一致。而群團分析及主成分分析比較之結果,亦證明HS-GC/MS所得之分類結果與HD一致。由上述試驗結果得知,HS-GC/MS實為一快速且能準確鑑別土肉桂與其它肉桂節植物之方法。

To efficiently distinguish Cinnamomum osmophloeum from other Sect. Cinnamomum plants, hydrodistillation (HD) and headspace gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (HS-GC/MS) were employed to obtain the essential oils and volatile compounds of leaves, respectively, followed by analyzing their compositions using GC/MS. The differences in the chemical compositions of the essential oils and the volatile compounds were determined by using both cluster analysis and principal component analysis (PCA). Results from GC/MS analyses revealed that the major constituents of both leaf essential oils and volatile compounds from seven Cinnamomum plants (C. osmophloeum ct. cinnamaldehyde, C. osmophloeum ct. linalool, C. zeylanicum, C. insularimontanum, C. macrostemon, C. subavenium and C. burmanii) were cinnamaldehyde, linalool, eugenol, α-pinene, 1, 8-cineol, p-cymene and L-borneol, respectively, indicating that the similar chemical compositions were obtained by using both methods. In addition, results generated from both cluster analysis and PCA demonstrated that a similar classification of seven Cinnamomum plants was obtained, suggesting that HS-GC/MS is a useful technique for distinguishing different Sect. Cinnamomum plants quickly and accurately.
