棲蘭山地區臺灣樹冠層二氧化碳固定功能之研究

Investigation of CO2 Fixation on the Canopy of Sassafras Randaiens in Chilian Mountain

摘要


本研究目的為測定自然環境光合作用速率推估落葉闊葉林淨生產力。試驗樹種選取具代表棲蘭林區之臺灣檫樹(Sassafras randaiense)。以光合作用測定儀測定野外晴天下之葉片淨光合作用速率,並分析與各項因子間之相關性。樹冠層淨光合作用速率隨著樹冠高層到低層順序遞減。臺灣檫樹單日變化光飽和點為1,080 μmol m^(-2) s^(-1),光補償點為12.7μmol m^(-2) s^(-1)。以日淨光合作用率計算臺灣檫樹單日晝間每平方公尺葉面積可以固定5.59克的CO2。單晝間日蒸散量每平方公尺葉面積可以蒸散487.37克H2O。因此經推算每年每平方公尺葉面積約可以固定4,341克的CO2。此一結果將提供臺灣落葉闊葉樹碳吸存計算之基本參數。

The objective of this study is measuring photosynthesis rate in the natural environment to estimate net primary production of deciduous broad-leaved forest. Sassafras randaiense was chosen to study the carbon dioxide absorption reaction. The photosynthesis system instrument was used to measure the net photosynthesis rate for Sassafras randaiense and analyzed relationship of all parameters. The distribution of net photosynthesis of canopy with tree height showed Sassafras randaiense were decreased with canopy height decreasing. Sassafras randaiense light saturation and compensation point are 1080 and 12.7 μmol m^(-2) s^(-1), respectively. Sassafras randaiense can be fixiation and transpiration 5.59 g m^(-2) CO2 and 487.37 g m^(-2) H2O calculated by daily net photosynthesis and transpiration rate. Therefore, 4341 g m^(-2) CO2 was fix in Sassafras randaiense per year. The result will be supplied for carbon sequestration calculation of deciduous broad-leaved forest.
