不同熱處理木材對聲學性能之影響

Effects of Different Thermal-Treated Treatment on the Acoustic Properties of Wood

摘要


木材熱處理是一種無毒的物理改質方式,亦可增加尺寸安定性與提升耐腐性能外,更可改善許多木質材料應用於室內之缺點。本研究以目前商業界較常使用之花旗松為材料,探討常用之熱處理溫度(170°C、190°C、210°C、230°C)條件下對木材聲學性能之影響,並以實際空間進行驗證。其研究結果顯示:(1)木材熱處理溫度對於吸音係數具有顯著影響,吸音係數隨溫度升高而增加,在聲音散射係數上與對照組雖有些許差異,但受溫度變化影響則較小;(2)熱處理木材對於聲場之影響主要在於中高頻帶(500~5k Hz);(3)置入10%裝修率之熱處理材於3坪空間牆面上其迴響時間可以顯著減少0.9-1.8秒,且在明晰度上於中高頻帶可控制在-2~1dB的改善效果。

Thermal treatment of wood is a non-toxic physical modification to improve dimensional stability and durability against decay and even to improve the shortcomings of wood materials used in indoor. In this study, Pseudotsuga menziesii, a commercial used wood, was investigated it's acoustic properties after thermal treatment at 170°C, 190°C, 210°C and 230°C, respectively. The results revealed: (1) The thermal-treated temperature of wood for the absorption coefficient has a significant impact with the temperature increases, while the scattering coefficient with the control group has a slight difference, and the changes in different thermal temperature treatment for acoustic effects was not significant. (2) The impact of the sound field for the thermal-treated of wood was mainly occurred in the high frequency band (500-5K). (3) The response time in the 3 square meters of space, placed the thermal-treated wood on the wall (renovation rate of 10%), can be significantly reduced to 0.9-1.8 seconds and the improvement on clarity in the high-frequency band can be controlled within -2~1dB.
