高效率分離式冷氣機性能探討與分析

Investigation and analysis of high efficiency separate-type air-conditioners

摘要


目前,分離式冷氣機已越來越普遍,作者曾參與民間公司開發出高效率之冷氣機,但並未普遍推廣,非常值得探討。因此,本研究之主要目的如下:
1.探討高效率分離式冷氣機之理論基礎。
2.分析最佳利用條件。
3.找出製造與安裝問題之所在。
由於冷凝器部分之改良,增加灑水裝置,不但增加製造與安裝的成本,也造成使用的不方便,一直沒有有效解決之道。因此,未能在市場上攻佔一席之地。
使用冷氣機,除了溫度與相對濕度外,適當的換氣可以降低二氧化碳累積含量,對身體健康絕對是有益的。
灑水裝置,造成製造與安裝問題,應另行想法將凝結水回收利用再補充乾淨的水,就可以免掉管路結水垢的問題,值得進一步深入研究,找出簡易解決之道。

For the time being, the separate-type air conditioners are very popular in Taiwan. The author had joined a private company's team for development of a commercialized model of high efficiency separate-type air conditioners. However, it was not successfully extended to the market and shall be thoroughly discussed. Therefore, the objectives of this study are:
1. To investigate the theoretical basis of this new air conditioner,
2. To analyze suitable conditions for using it and
3. To find out problems related to manufacture and installation.
The improvement of the condenser unit was done by adding a water spraying device in the air conditioner. It is not only adding costs of making and installation, but also causing inconvenience to the users. This problem is still not being solved. It is the main reason that this newly developed air conditioner cannot be accepted by the market.
Besides comfortable temperature and relative humidity, it is very important to exchange fresh air for reducing the accumulation of carbon dioxide in the room when using air conditioners because that is definitely good to physical health.
In order to solve the manufacture and installation problems caused by the water spray, arrangement should be made by recycling the condensed water and supplying clean water to avoid having water scales on the pipe. It is suggested to conduct more studies in finding a good way to solve those problems.
