烷銨插層黏粒修飾電極對標準添加二價汞之偵測

Electroanalysis of Spiked Standard Mercury (II) Ions Using Alkylammonium-intercalated Clay-modified Electrodes

摘要


汞的高毒性和累積性對人體與土壤環境會造成很大的威脅,土壤汞的檢測與監控是相當重要的課題。以不同烷銨插層黏土礦物修飾電極之電化學分析對汞離子進行偵測,並探討真實水體樣品與土壤抽出液標準添加Hg(II)之回收率與再現性。試驗結果指出六種烷銨插層黏粒鍍金修飾電極對0~1000μg L^(-1) Hg(II)的偵測均有良好的線性關係(R^2 = 0.9688~0.9960),對真實水體樣品中興湖水標準添加100μg L^(-1) Hg(II)的回收率在80 ~ 105% 間,而相對標準偏差則在 5 ~ 8%;地下水標準添加100μg L^(-1) Hg(II)的回收率在89 ~ 110% 間,而相對標準偏差則在 2 ~ 7%;對土壤抽出液標準添加100μg L^(-1) Hg(II)的回收率介於94 ~ 104%,而相對標準偏差為4%。顯示此方法在汞離子的偵測上有良好的回收率及再現性,日後可對耕地土壤汞離子的測定做進一步的研究和探討。

Accumulation of highly toxic mercury ions has caused a threat to soil environment as well as human health. It is therefore an important task to determine and monitor the mercury concentration in the soil. This study carries out electroanalysis of spiked standard mercury(II) ions using alkylammonium intercalated clay-modified electrodes. The analytical results indicate good linearity (R^2 = 0.9688 ~ 0.9960) of the calibration plots in the detection when adding 0 ~1000μg L^(-1) Hg(II) in lake water, ground water and extracted soil solution using six alkylammonium-intercalated clay gold-modified electrodes. The recovery and relative standard deviation were 80 ~ 105% and 5 ~ 8% for lake water, 89 ~ 110% and 2 ~ 7% for ground water and 94~104%, and 4% for extracted soil solution, respectively. The proposed alkylammonium-intercalated clay gold plated modified electrode is promising for use in measuring mercury ions in agricultural soils.
