佳葉龍茶對大鼠肝臟組織與抗氧化之影響

摘要


佳葉龍茶(GABA TEA)經由人體或動物相關實驗証實具有降血壓、解酒、保腎等作用。但其在關於肝臟組織纖維化與抗氧化方面,則尚無任何文獻報導。故擬對佳葉龍茶進行深入的動物肝功能相關實驗,以瞭解佳葉龍茶之影響。肝臟切片組織之觀察,依蘇木紫-伊紅染色(Hematoxylin&Eosin stain, H&E)及天狼星紅(Sirius red)苦味酸染色結果,從最好排列至最差為對照組、1倍劑量處理組、5倍劑量處理組、水飛薊素(Silymarin)處理組、10倍劑量處理組,最差為疾病組。大鼠肝臟抗氧化能力及酵素活性之評估顯示,佳葉龍茶在維持過氧化氫 (Catalase, CAT)、超氧化物歧化(Superoxide Dismutase, SOD)、麩胱甘肽過氧化(Glutathione Peroxidase, GSH-Px)及總蛋白質的含量上,1倍佳葉龍茶處理組活性最高;在麩胱甘肽(Glutathione, GSH)與麩胱甘肽還原(Glutathione Reductase, GSH-Rd)方面,以10倍佳葉龍茶處理組效果較好,5倍與Silymarin處理組則其次。綜合動物實驗之各項肝臟組織與抗氧化結果顯示,佳葉龍茶具有明顯的護肝效果。

The GABA contained in GABA tea lowers blood pressure, dispels alcohol and protects the kidney. This has been confirmed by human or animal experiments. At present, there is no report of the liver fibrosis and antioxidant in the literature. In order to understand how GABA tea protects the liver, an animal experiment is required.The H&E and Sirius red stain results for a slice of liver indicate that the best is the control group, followed by the single dose treatment group, the five dose treatment group, the Silymarin treatment group, the ten dose treatment group and the diseased group. Rat liver's ability to resist oxidation and the enzyme activity appraisal demonstrate that GABA tea maintains levels of CAT, SOD, GSH-Px and the total protein content. The group that has treatment with one dose of GABA tea is the best; In terms of the GSH, GSH-Rd aspect, treatment with ten doses of GABA tea produces the greatest content and the second is for the group treated with five doses, with a Silymarin effect.The final results of the animal experiments demonstrate that GABA tea has a significant protective function for the liver.
