臺灣文旦柚生產技術效率分析－隨機性邊界生產函數之應用

技術效率為在既定的投入或產出的情況下，產出最大化或投入最小化的程度來衡量。本研究採用廣泛被應用在各領域研究上的隨機邊界生產函數來衡量。本文以2010年～2019年農產品生產成本調查中的文旦柚資料，利用隨機邊界法探討文旦柚產業生產技術效率，並分析文旦柚經營效率的影響因素，進而提出改善技術無效率因子。經隨機邊界生產函數中的Translog生產函數來實證，得知人工費、肥料費及農藥費對生產技術效率有影響。最後，本研究針對文旦柚產業生產技術效率提出建議，俾利達到提升文旦柚產業競爭力。

Estimation of the technical efficiency which measures the ability of a farm to obtain the maximum output from given input or to use the minimum input to achieve given output. This research used Stochastic Frontier Analysis, which was widely used in various fields. Based on the production cost of 'Wentan' pomelo in Report of Taiwan Agricultural Production Cost from 2010 to 2019, this research used Stochastic Frontier Analysis to explore the technical efficiency of 'Wentan' pomelo production and analyzed the influencing factors of pomelo business efficiency, and proposes to improve the technical inefficiency factor. The data were verified by the Translog production function in the stochastic frontier production function, and the results showed that labor costs, fertilizer costs and pesticide costs had an impact on production technical efficiency. Finally, this study has put forward suggestions for the production technology efficiency of 'Wentan' pomelo production to enhance the competitiveness of 'Wentan' pomelo production in Taiwan.
