俄羅斯與中共經濟關係之探討

摘要
俄羅斯與中共的經濟關係顯然遠遜於政治、外交和軍事關係。雙方的經濟互動仍舊以貿易往來為主，在相互投資和科技合作方面並無突出的表現，如果從各自的對外經貿關係來評估。雙方的主要對外經貿夥伴仍然以西方國家為主，特別依賴西方的投資和採購。 無可置疑的，九○年代雙方的貿易聯繫有相當的進展，但彼此亦都不滿意現有的經貿成果，認為仍存在極大的發展潛力與合作空間。不過就事實言，俄羅斯與中共之間有著難克服的障礙，表面上的友誼與利益仍不足以掩飾既存已久的一些問題和困難。雙方的經貿相互依賴性十分有美，無法建構一個穩定的互賴、互信的基礎。

The economic relations between the Russian Federation and the PRC are quite backward when compared to their political, diplomatic, and military connections. Bilateral economic relations are still concentrated in the field of foreign trade, and do not include investment and scientific-technical cooporation. Each of them has its own major trading partners, mainly in the western world, and is eager for or heavily dependant on western capital and trade. Undoubtedly, Moscow and Beijing have made some progress in mutual trade in the 90s, but both sides cannot be satisfied with such a slow pace. Although Moscow and Beijing believe there is still much potential for the deepening of economic ties, difficulties between the two countries cannot yet be overcome despite the close friendship and mutually advantageous relationship they have built.
