摘要

日本的經濟景氣衰退，已經持續將近十年，為何一向以經濟傲視全球的日本，會有這種情況發生。本文試就日本針對其經濟最需要優先解決的金融改革方面，從改革背景、無法順利改革的原因與阻力、到改革的進展歷程，以及改革應循之方向，作一研究剖析，希望對台灣的金融改革路線，提供一些參考。

Japan has been experiencing economic recession for almost ten years. Why could this happen to Japan, a country which has always taken pride in its economic achievements? The focus of this article is on Japan’s financial reform, a top priority in the country’s attempt to solve its economic problems. The background, course, and direction of Japan’s financial reform as well as the hindrance to the restructuring efforts are analyzed in order to provide some helpful hints for the financial reforms of Taiwan.
