摘要

「九一一事件」發生至今，中亞地位突然重要起來，爭取石油與天然氣能源的利益也許是影響美國進入中亞並打擊阿富汗的原因；美國進軍中亞不但提升了本地區的地位，又待以繼續向外高加索擴張；中亞周邊各國對於美國出兵反恐和對於重建阿富汗的看法均不相同，未來中國地區變化絕非到此而已。

Central Asia´s position suddenly became important after September 11. The main reason the U.S. entered this area and went on fighting is mainly influenced by energy – oil resources and interests. The stationing of U.S. armed forces has not only elevated the status of Central Asia in international politics, but has also expanded her influence in the Transcaucasian area. In addition, the countries surrounding Central Asia have different views on U.S.´s anti-ter-rorism operations in Afghanistan and on the reconstruction and establishment of the new regime in this region.
